I did not know what to expect for my first time here and I am not one prone to wanting to be 'relaxed' but this was something. After one session at Holistica, I felt a very unexpected sense of peace. It lasted the entire day. Now I am planning on a session here at least twice a month as part of my normal routine. Telling all my friends to try it as well.
